APPROVING 2001 TOBACCO AND GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSES FOR
SPEEDWAY SUPERAMERICA LLC
D/B/A SUPERAMERICA #3351

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that tobacco and gasoline service
station licenses are issued for the period November 14, 2001, through December 31, 2001, for the
Speedway Superamerica LLC d/b/a Superamerica 43351, 4325 Peony Lane, with the condition
that a Certificate of Occupancy be issued by the Plymouth Building Division.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on November 13, 2001.
