CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO.
7-6
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the budget and termination date for Tax Increment
Financing Districts No. 7-6 to extend the termination date to allow for the generation of
additional increments to fully fiend the costs for the City of Plymouth's share of the
improvements within the District; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required to amend the tax increment financing plans for
Tax Increment Districts No. 7-6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Public Hearing is set for
December 18, 2001 to consider amending the tax increment financing plan for Tax
Increment Financing District No. 7-6 to extend the termination date to allow for the
generation of additional increments to fiilly fiind the costs for the City of Plymouth's share
of the improvements within the District, and the City staff is authorized to give published
and mailed notice as provided by statute.
Adopted by the City Council on October 23, 2001.
