RESOLUTION 2001-464
CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS
NO. 7-4 AND 7-5A
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the budgets and termination dates for Tax
Increment Financing Districts No. 7-4 and 7-5A to extend the termination dates to allow
for the generation of additional increments from Tax Increment Financing District No. 7-4
to be used to pay for bond debt service in Tax Increment Financing District No. 7-5A; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required to amend the tax increment financing plans for
Tax Increment Districts No. 7-4 and 7-5A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Public Hearing is set for
December 18, 2001 to consider amending the tax increment financing plans for Tax
Increment Financing Districts No. 7-4 and 7-5A to extend the termination dates to allow
for the generation of additional increments from Tax Increment Financing District No. 7-4
to be used to pay for bond debt service in Tax Increment Financing District No 7-5A, and
the City staff is authorized to give published and mailed notice as provided by statute.
