RESOLUTION NO. 2001-461
RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
OLD ROCKFORD ROAD/STATE HIGHWAY 55 AREA
SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 1033
WHEREAS, a report has been prepared by the City's consulting engineer, Bonestroo
Rosene Anderlik and Assoc. Inc with respect to improvements to Old Rockford
Road/State Highway 55 Area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the extension of sanitary sewer and
watermain; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on October 23, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such project in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting and adjacent
property in the Old Rockford Road/Highway 55 Area for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $520,872.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
27th of November, 2001 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as
required by law.
Adopted by the City Council on October 23, 2001.
