RESOLUTION NO. 2001-457
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR
TRANSIT FACILITIES IN THE RESERVE
CITY PROJECT NO. 1032
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the constriction of transit facilities in
The Reserve, including a 600 square foot transit station and two remote bus stops with
shelters, City Project No. 1032, sealed bids were received, opened and tabulated on October
19, 2001 according to law, with the following bids received in compliance with the
advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Ebert Constriction, Inc. of Corcoran, MN is the lowest
responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into a contract with Ebert Constriction, Inc. of Corcoran, MN on behalf
of the City of Plymouth for The Reserve Transit Facilities Project 41032,
according to the project plans and specifications on file in the Office of the
City Engineer, in the amount of $234,400.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successfiil bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a
contract has been signed.
