RESOLUTION NO. 2001-449
APPROVING BID FOR WEST MEDICINE LAKE
PARK RESTROOMS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has prepared plans and specifications for the constriction of restrooms at
West Medicine Lake Park; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received and opened on Friday, October 19; and
WHEREAS, the low apparent bid was submitted by Nadeau Utilities in the amount of $171,945;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bid for the constriction of restrooms at West Medicine Lake Park is
awarded to Nadeau Utilities in the amount of $171,945, and fiirther, that all funding for this project will
come from park dedication accounts.
Adopted by the City Council on October 23, 2001.
