RESOLUTION NO. 2001-442
APPROVING PRELIMINARY LAYOUT
COUNTY ROAD 101
HIGHWAY 55 TO COUNTY ROAD 47
CITY PROJECT NO. 1026
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has prepared and is presenting a preliminary layout (Layout
No. IA dated May 7, 2001 and revised July 5, 2001) County Project No. 9823 showing the
proposed improvements of County State Aid Highway 101 from Highway 55 to County
Road 47; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County is desirous to have the City approve the concept layout prior
to beginning detailed design and development of the constriction documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said layout (Layout No. IA) be in all things
approved and that Hennepin County is hereby authorized by the City to proceed with final
design, and to acquire all rights-of-way, permits and/or easements required for said
improvements in accordance with said layout.
Adopted by the City Council on October 9, 2001.
