FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR OAKWOOD ELEMENTARY PTA
WHEREAS, notice of Lawfiil Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by Oakwood
Elementary School PTA for a bingo event to be conducted on November 16, 2001.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfid Gambling Exemption from Oakwood Elementary PTA for an
event at Oakwood Elementary School, 17340 County Road 6, on November 16, 2001. The City
fiirther waives the 30—day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on October 9, 2001.
