RESOLUTION NO. 2001-438
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
LIFT STATION NO. 20 (AUTUMN HILLS) AND
LIFT STATION NO. 22 (CONOR MEADOWS) UPGRADES
CITY PROJECT NO. 1023
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the upgrading of Lift Station No.'s 20 and
22 Improvements and all necessary appurtenances, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that CCS Contracting of New Brighton, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
CCS Contracting of New Brighton, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for the
upgrading of Lift Station No.'s 20 and 22 Improvements according to the plans and
specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk
in the amount of $177,175.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits
made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successfiil bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
