RESOLUTION NO. 2001-437
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3 AND FINAL
ENMERGENCY VEHICLE PREEMPTION
SYSTEM (EVP) IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 8015
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Ridgedale Electric, Inc., as contractor,
have entered into an agreement for Emergency Vehicle Preemption System (EVP)
Improvements, City Project 8015, said agreement being dated February 1, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the
final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $124,500.00. One change order
was approved in the amount of $595 and the value of the work to date is
$125,095 and is herewith approved. This project does not exceed the
revised contract amount.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Emergency Vehicle
Preemption System Improvements Project and certified to the Council by
the engineer as acceptable, being the same, is hereby released from the
contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all
legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty
work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 3 and Final in the amount of $6,225 to
Ridgedale Electric Inc. for Emergency Vehicle Preemption System
Improvements Project is hereby approved and the City Finance Director is
hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
Adopted by the City Council on October 9, 2001.
