RESOLUTION NO. 2001-406
APPROVING CONSENT OF ASSIGNMENT OF
CONTRACT NO. A08230 FOR THE USE OF
ELECTION EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a lease agreement with Hennepin County for the use of
County -owned election equipment; and
WHEREAS, per this agreement, the City assumes liability for this equipment; and
WHEREAS, School District 284 has requested to utilize four voting machines for their General
Election on November 6; and
WHEREAS, according to the Consent of Assignment of Contract No. A0823, School District
284 would assume all duties, liabilities, and obligations according to lease agreement No. A08230
between Hennepin County and the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, School District 284 would reimburse the City of Plymouth for use of the equipment
at $25 per machine,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Consent of Assignment of Contract No. A08230
between Hennepin County, the City of Plymouth, and School District 284 is hereby approved.
