RESOLUTION NO. 2001-401
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE HILDE PERFORMANCE CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an agreement with Al Hilde Jr. and the Plymouth Civic
League; and
WHEREAS, said agreement calls for the City Council to approve the plans and specifications for
the proposed Hilde Performance Center; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications have been completed for the Hilde Performance Center;
and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed said plans and specifications and recommends approval,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that the
plans and specifications for the Hilde Performance Center are hereby approved as submitted,
and, fiirther, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to act on behalf of the City of
Plymouth to review and approve minor changes during the constriction of the facility.
