RESOLUTION NO. 2001-394
APPROVING ON—SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
RUDOLPHS BAR—B—QUE WEST LLC
D/B/A RUDOLPHS BAR—B—QUE
3500 VICKSBURG LANE, SUITE 500
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license from
Rudolphs Bar—B—Que West LLC, and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety department has conducted an investigation and has found no
reason to recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that
on -sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor licenses are hereby approved for Rudolphs Bar—B—Que
West LLC, d/b/a Rudolphs Bar—B—Que, 3500 Vicksburg Lane, Suite 500, effective September
26, 2001, through January 31, 2002.
Adopted by the City Council on September 25, 2001.
