RESOLUTION NO. 2001-389
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
Be it resolved that the Plymouth Police Department enter into a grant agreement with the
Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety, for the proejct entitled SAFE &
SOBER COMM[_]NITIES during the period from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002.
The Chief of the Plymouth Police Department is hereby authorized to execute such
agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the Plymouth
Police Department.
Adopted by the City Council on September 25, 2001.
