FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR WAYZATA ATHLETIC BOOSTERS
WHEREAS, notice of Lawfiil Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by Wayzata
Athletic Boosters for a raffle to be conducted on October 23, 2001.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfid Gambling Exemption for Wayzata Athletic Boosters for an event
at Wayzata High School Stadium, 4955 Peony Lane, on October 23, 2001. The City fiirther
waives the 30—day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on August 28, 2001.
