RESOLUTION NO. 2001-352
APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL PLAYGROUND PLAY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for Environmental Park Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on August 27, 2001 for Environmental Park
playground; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Flanagan Sales Inc.
$82,771.00
Minnesota Playground
$80,380.00
Earl F. Anderson
$83,995.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Minnesota Wisconsin Playground Inc. is
declared the lowest responsible bidder for play equipment for Environmental Park and accepts
their bid in the amount of $80,380.00 for Environmental Park Playground.
FURTHER, that funding is from Fund 401.
Adopted by the City Council on August 28, 2001.
