RESOLUTION NO. 2001-351
APPROVING AGREEMENT
AT&T WIRELESS SERVICES OF MINNESOTA, INC.
LACOMPTE PARK MONOPOLE ANTENNA TOWER
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a policy statement regarding the use of
City owned land for wireless telecommunciation antennas and towers; and
WHEREAS, the City received an application from AT&T Wireless Services of Minnesota,
Inc. to locate a monopole antenna tower on LaCompte Park; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared by the City Attorney which would allow AT&T
Wireless Services of Minnesota, Inc. to have the monopole antenna tower on LaCompte
Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to enter into an agreement with AT&T Wireless Services of Minnesota, Inc. and sign the
Memorandum of Lease to locate a personal communication monopole antenna tower on
LaCompte Park.
