DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
OLD ROCKFORD ROAD/HIGHWAY 55
WEST OF PEONY LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 101
SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 1033
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota:
A certain petition submitted by residents adjacent to Old Rockford Road and
Highway 55 requesting the improvements of property adjacent to Old Rockford Road
and Highway 55, west of Old Rockford Road and County Road 101, by the
installation of sanitary sewer and watermain and all necessary appurtenances, filed
with the Council on August 14, 2001 is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners and property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformity to Minnesota State Statutes, Sections 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. and
they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and
as to whether it should best be made as proposed in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement is recommended.
Adopted by the City Council on August 14, 2001.
