HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2001-337CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2001-337 APPROVAL OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR MARCIA ROBBINS TO RECONFIGURE LOTS 6 AND 7 BLOCK 1, INGLEBRAE ADDITION (2001065) WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Marcia Robbins which requests approval of a lot division/consolidation to reconfigure Lots 6 and 7, Block 1, Inglebrae Addition, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the lot division/consolidation would reconfigure the lots, as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the City Council has fiilly considered the request for the Lot Division. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Marcia Robbins for a lot division/consolidation for Lots 6 and 7, Block 1, Inglebrae Addition, subject to the following conditions: 1. This Resolution approves a lot division/consolidation for Lots 6 and 7 Block 1, Inglebrae Addition, in accordance with the Plans received by the City on June 18, 2001 and July 20, 2001. 2. Park dedication fees shall be cash fees in lieu of land dedication in accordance with the dedication policy in effect at the time of building permit issuance. 3. No building permits shall be issued until the Lot Division is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 4. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo. 5. Addressing for the two proposed lots shall comply with the city-wide addressing requirements, and will be assigned at the time of building permit issuance. Hughes Valley Avenue) lying west of the northerly extension of the East line of Lot 6, Block 1, INGLEBRAE Hennepin County, Minnesota, and also lying east of the following line: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Lot 7, and assuming the north line of said line bears North 90 Degrees West; thence North 26 Degrees 13 Minutes 47 Seconds West, along the east line of East Medicine Lake Boulevard as — traveled, 36.79 feet more or less to the intersection with the centerline of said vacated 19"' Avenue N. Together with lots 6 & 7, Block 1, said plat of INGLEBRAE Subject to an easement for Drainage & Utility purposes over all of said vacated 19"' Avenue North. Hughes Valley Avenue) lying west of the northerly extension of the East line of Lot 6, Block 1, Inglebrae, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and also lying east of the following line: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Lot 7, and assuming the north line of said line bears North 90 Degrees West; thence North 26 Degrees 13 Minutes 47 Seconds West, along the east line of East Medicine Lake Boulevard as traveled, 36.79 feet more or less to the intersection with the centerline of said vacated 19"' Avenue N. Together with that part of Lots 6 & 7, Block 1, lying northerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the east line of said Lot 6, distant 39.78 feet south, measured along said line, from the Northeast Corner thereof, thence North 87 Degrees 40 Minutes 00 Seconds West 55.00 feet; thence South 88 Degrees 16 Minutes 00 Seconds West 112.90 feet more or less to the west line of said lot 7. Tract B: Together with that part of Lots 6 & 7, Block 1, lying northerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the east line of said Lot 6, distant 39.78 feet south, measured along said line, from the Northeast Corner thereof, thence North 87 Degrees 40 Minutes 00 Seconds West 55.00 feet; thence South 88 Degrees 16 Minutes 00 Seconds West 112.90 feet more or less to the west line of said lot 7.
