RESOLUTION NO. 2001-306
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DEER MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM WITHIN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR 2001
WHEREAS, City Staff has worked with the DNR and residents and reports a continuing
problem with the deer population throughout the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the recommended program for management of the population is
participation in the authorized bow hunt within Northwest Plymouth as well as obtaining the
special trapping permit for problems in other parts of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, the City Council adopt the resolution authorizing staff to
coordinate the deer management program for 2001.
Adopted by the City Council on July 24, 2001.
