RESOLUTION 2001-295
APPROVING I-494 CORRIDOR COMMISSION DUES INCREASE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth joined the I-494 Corridor Commission in 1994; and,
WHEREAS, membership in the Commission requires payment of annual dues; and,
WHEREAS, to carry out the Commission's work requires additional local funding
support.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a
dues increase from $0.10 to $0.20 per capita per year for the I-494 Corridor Commission
and that this increase be reflected in Article I I of the Commission's bylaws.
Adopted by the City Council on July 10, 2001.
