RESOLUTION 2001-281
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR THE
HILDE PERFORMANCE CENTER
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement between Al and Jayne Hilde, Jr., the
Plymouth Civic League, and the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed and recommended approval of said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said agreement between the City of Plymouth,
the Plymouth Civic League, and Al and Jayne Hilde, Jr.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on June 26, 2001.
