APPROVING FINAL DESIGN PLANS AND
CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 61(NORTHWEST BOULEVARD) IMPROVEMENTS
COUNTY PROJECT NO. 8544
CITY PROJECT NO. 9004
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on February 2, 1999 approving the
preliminary layout for improvements to County Road 61 (Northwest Blvd) the Hennepin County
Department of Public Works has prepared final plans for the constriction of County Road County
Road 61 (Northwest Blvd.) and has presented them to the City for approval; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has prepared Agreement No. PW -49-34-00 for the project and
presented it to the City of Plymouth for approval; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans, County Project No. 8544, City Project No. 9004 are hereby approved.
2. Agreement No. PW -49-34-00 is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
