RESOLUTION NO. 2001-277
APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
SUPER VALU HOLDINGS, INC., D/B/A CUB FOODS,
3550 VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 malt liquor license from
Super Valu Holdings, Inc., d/b/a Cub Foods, 3550 Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
off -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is hereby approved for Super Valu Holdings, Inc., d/b/a Cub
Foods, 3550 Vicksburg Lane, for the period through January 31, 2002.
Adopted by the City Council on June 26, 2001.
