RESOLUTION NO. 2001-276
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
WADSWORTH OLD CHICAGO, INC., D/B/A OLD CHICAGO,
3505 VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale and Sunday liquor licenses from
Wadsworth Old Chicago, Inc., d/b/a Old Chicago, 3505 Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and found no reason to
recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no basis to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that
On -Sale Intoxicating and Sunday Liquor Licenses are hereby approved for Wadsworth Old
Chicago, Inc., d/b/a Old Chicago, 3505 Vicksburg Lane, effective June 27, 2001, through
January 31, 2002. Issuance of the license is contingent upon receipt of a Certificate of
Occupancy and payment of license fees.
Adopted by the City Council on June 26, 2001.
