RESOLUTION 2001-275
APPROVAL OF PARKERS LAKE PLAYGROUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for Parkers Lake Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on June 22, 2001 for Parkers lake Playground; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

$129,063
Flanagan Sales, Inc.
$135,303
Webber Recreation
$142,325
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Earl F. Anderson, Inc. is declared the
lowest responsible bidder for play equipment for Parkers Lake Playground and accepts their bid
in the amount of $129,063 for Parkers Lake Playground.
FURTHER that fiinding is from fiind 401.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on June 26, 2001.
