RESOLUTION NO. 2001-242
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF
One replacement Sidewalk machine with attachments
WHEREAS, the Central Equipment replacement fund, has funds available to replace a sidewalk
machine and
WHEREAS, a replacement sidewalk machine is schedule to be replaced in the 2002 budget and
WHEREAS, for a limited time the city has an opportunity to apply rental money toward the
purchase of a replacement sidewalk machine and
WHEREAS, the city may purchase off the State Contracts and Environmental Equipment and
Services has a State Contract on this piece of equipment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, TO PURCHASE ONE REPLACEMENT
SIDEWALK MACHINE AND ATTACHMENTS FROM ENVIRONMENTAL
EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES FOR THE COST OF $58,495.03
FURTHER, THAT THE FUNDING WILL BE FROM 602-1760-8004.
Adopted by the City Council on June 12, 2001.
