RESOLUTION NO. 2001-241
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE
FOR AATLAS WASTE SERVICES, LLC
WHEREAS, an application for a garbage hauler license has been received from Aatlas
Waste Services, LLC, and
WHEREAS, all required fees, certificates of insurance, and surety bond have been
provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a garbage hauler license is
hereby approved for Aatlas Waste Services, LLC, for the period June 13, through March
31, 2002.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on June 12, 2001.
