REVISION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 9001
1999 STREET RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to adoption of Resolution No. 2000-513 special assessments were levied
by the City of Plymouth for street reconstruction, local and trunk storm sewer installation and
curb and gutter; and
WHEREAS, the assessment amount requires adjustment on PIN 35-118-22-44-0028.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
That the assessments on PIN 35-118-22-44-0028 be relevied as follows:
