Approve Change Order # 1 for the Maintenance Facility Expansion Project. Project 8018
WHEREAS, Change Order 41 has been prepared providing for the following:
Add pulse lamp feature to lights

Add drop footing

Include additional drop to footings
$1,859.00
Provide sleeve in footings

Add concrete pad at grid 1- D

Soil corrections
$38,000.00
Demo to storage room
$451.00
Expand Tool Room

Rewire conduits at footings

Add shop lighting

TOTAL
$57,591.00
WHEREAS, Change order # 1 for the Maintenance Facility Expansion is recommended for
approval and
WHEREAS, This will have no negative effect on the overall budget for the expansion project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that change order # 1 for the Maintenance Facility project be
approved by adding $57,591.00 to the cost of the project.
Original contract amount $1,350,000.00
Change Order 41 $57,591.00
New contract amount $1,407,591.00
Adopted by the City Council on June 12, 2001.
