RESOLUTION NO. 2001-230
APPROVING THE DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS
FROM THE SHENANDOAH TOWNHOMES HOUSING
IMPROVEMENT AREA BOND CONSTRUCTION
AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth entered into an agreement with the Shenandoah
Homeowners Association, Inc. on April 13, 1998 to finance residing and related townhome
improvements; and
WHEREAS, in order to disburse fiends due to the Homeowners Association under the
agreement, the City Council must authorize the use of fiends from the Shenandoah Townhomes
Housing Improvement Bond Administrative Account, in addition to the Bond Constriction
Account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Plymouth City Council hereby approves the
disbursement of $7,462.33 from the Shenandoah Townhomes Housing Improvement Bond
Administrative Account in addition to $2,391.47 from the Bond Constriction Account for payment
of a total of $9,853.80 due to the Shenandoah Homeowners Association.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on June 12, 2001.
