RESOLUTION 2001-214
APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT RELATED TO THE ADOPTION OF AN OFFICIAL
MAP FOR A FRONTAGE ROAD LOCATED NORTH OF HIGHWAY 55 AND EAST OF
WEST MEDICINE LAKE ROAD (2001033)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested adoption of an official map for a frontage road
located north of Highway 55 and east of West Medicine Lake Road.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public meeting
and recommends approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance related to the official map for a frontage
road located north of Highway 55 and east of West Medicine Lake Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for an
official map for a frontage road located north of Highway 55 and east of West Medicine Lake
Road, based on the following findings:
1. The official map is consistent with the comprehensive plan and other City policies and plans
2. The official map is necessary to carry out the policies and goals of the major thoroughfare
plans for the City of Plymouth.
