RESOLUTION NO. 2001-213
DIRECTING STAFF TO PREPARE AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A STORM
WATER UTILITY FEE FOR THE JUNE 12, 2001 CITY COUNCIL MEETING
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed Storm Water Utility Fee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurrs with the recommendation for the Storm Water Utility
Fee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has recommended that the Storm Water Utility Fees take effect on
July 1, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby directed to prepare
an ordinance amendment reflecting the proposed Storm Water Utility Fees in the Fianance
Director's memo of May 15, 2001, and that the effective date shall be July 1, 2001.
Adopted by the City Council on May 22, 2001.
