RESOLUTION NO. 2001-212
APPROVAL OF INSTITUTION COMMUNITY
WORK CREW PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Park's Department has a backlog of projects that would be delayed or have
difficulty in undertaking; and
WHEREAS, it would be economically advantageous to utilize the Institution Community Work
Crew Program to complete these backlog tasks; and
WHEREAS, this program has been well received by other communities and is available through
the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, as adequate fiinds are available within the 2001 and proposed 2002-2003 Park
Maintenance Budge; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the contract with the Institution Community work Crew
be awarded for services rendered in the amount of $62,600 for the year 2001-2003 and that
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to sign it.
