ACCEPT PROPOSAL FOR PREPARATION OF
FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR UPGRADES TO
LIFT STATION NO'S 20 AND 22 AND WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 1023
WHEREAS, the 2000 and 2001 C.LP.'s include upgrades to Sanitary Sewer Lift Station No's 20
and 22 when developments are approved which would contribute additional sanitary sewer flow
to these two existing lift stations; and
WHEREAS, trunk watermain extension is necessary north from Holly Lane under the CP
Railway to serve potential fi ture development and complete a necessary portion of the approved
trunk watermain system; and
WHEREAS, development proposals have been proposed which would contribute additional flow
to Lift Station No's 20 and 22; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal to prepare the necessary Feasibility Report to
determine the necessary improvements to Lift Station No's 20 and 22 and the trunk watermain
extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the May 14, 2001 proposal from the engineering
consulting firm, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc., for the preparation of the
necessary Feasibility Report for the upgrade of Sanitary Sewer Lift Station No's 20 and 22 and a
trunk watermain extension at Holly Lane under the CP Railway tracks is hereby approved.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that fiunding in the amount of $10,500 will be provided from
funding as designated in the C.I.P.
