RESOLUTION NO. 2001-203
RESCIND RESOLUTION NUMBER 2001-006 ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS FOR
SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN AREA ASSESSMENTS
GRAMERCY PLYMOUTH NORTHWEST
WHEREAS, It is necessary to rescind resolution 42001-006 adopting area assessments because
the number of units for Gramercy Plymouth Northwest were reduced from 80 Units to 77 Units
by a plan modification approved by Community Development on April 30, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that it should and hereby does approve rescinding Resolution
Number 2001-006 adopting assessments for Sanitary Sewer and Watermain
Area Assessments.
Adopted by the City Council on May 22, 2001.
