RESOLUTION NO. 2001-195
APPROVING FUNDING FOR KIMBERLY LANE
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PLAYGROUND
WHEREAS, the Kimberly Lane PTO has requested fiinding for an upgrade to the playground at
Kimberly lane Elementary School; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has included fiinding for said project in
their current five year capital improvement program; and
WHEREAS, staff concurs with this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Director is authorized to make payment of
$15,000 to Wayzata School District 284 for the replacement of the playground at Kimberly Lane
Elementary School.
Adopted by the City Council on May 22, 2001.
