RESOLUTION NO. 2001-190
APPROVING ACQUISITION OF WALK-IN COOLER
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Creek Center is experiencing large catered events requiring the
cooling of a lot of food and product for those events; and
WHEREAS, the caterer has recommended the need for a walls -in cooler for this facility; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed this issue and is recommending
approval,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that the
acquisition of a walls -in cooler for the Plymouth Creek Center is hereby approved, with fiinding
to come from the activity center's reserves, with a total estimated cost of $9,117.22.
Approved by the City Council on May 8, 2001.
