RESOLUTION NO. 2001-189
APPROVING SOCCER FIELD AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CIT OF PLYMOUTH AND WESTSIDE COMM[_]NITY CHURCH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides soccer fields for the use of Plymouth Youth
Soccer Associations; and
WHEREAS, replacement fields for the summer of 2001 are needed; and
WHEREAS, the Westside Community Church is willing to provide property for that use
with the assumption of liability by the City; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending the approval of this
agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager be
authorized to sign the attached agreement with Westside Community Church.
Adopted by the City Council on May 8, 2001.
