RESCIND RESOLUTION NUMBER 2001-007 ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS FOR
COUNTY ROAD 61 STREET, SANITARY SEWER LATERAL AND
WATERMAIN LATERAL ASSESSMENT
GRAMERCY PLYMOUTH NORTHWEST
WHEREAS, It is necessary to rescind resolution 42001-007 adopting assessments because
Gramercy Plymouth Northwest will be constricting the Sanitary Sewer and Watermain in
Northwest Boulevard in lieu of Hennepin County
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that it should and hereby does approve rescinding Resolution
Number 2001-007 adopting assessments for County Road 61 Street, Sanitary Sewer Lateral
and Watermain Lateral Gramercy Plymouth Northwest
Adopted by the City Council on May 8, 2001.
