RESOLUTION NO. 2001-184
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
GRAMERCY PLYMOUTH NORTHWEST (20137)
WHEREAS, It is necessary to amend the Development Contract for Gramercy Plymouth
Northwest because they will be constricting the Sanitary Sewer and Watermain in Northwest
Boulevard in lieu of Hennepin County, and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 9-b of the Engineers Memo stated that if sanitary sewer and water was
needed prior to Hennepin County constricting the utilities it would become the developers
responsibility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that it should and hereby does approve amending the
Development Contract for Gramercy Plymouth Northwest as follows and authorizing the Mayor
and City Manager to sign the amended contracts:
Page 9, increasing the cost required in preparing and administering this contract from $3,987.00
to $4,480.00.
Page 10, increase the letter of credit amount from $159,464 to $179,196 and for a surety bond
from $239,197 to $268,797.
Page 12, reduce City Project Public (1) from $72,527 to $54,910. Increase Public (2) from
$94,102 to $113,743. Reduce the financial guarantee for City Produce Public (1) cash deposit
from $18,132 to $13,728 and the letter of credit from $43,516 to $32,946.
Page 13, reduce the assessment amount by $17,167, which is the cost of the sanitary sewer and
watermain, making the assessment amount $54,910 for Northwest Boulevard only.
Page 1 of the Engineers Memo removes the reference to assessments for sanitary sewer and
watermain.
