RESOLUTION NO. 2001-183
APPROVING MUNICIPAL RECYCLING GRANT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has adopted the fiinding assistance policy for source separated
recyclables to distribute fiinds to the Cities for development and implementation of waste reduction
and recycling programs; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has set as a requirement that the City enter into a "Municipal
Recycling Grant Agreement' with the county; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to receive these County fiinds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City enter into the "Municipal Recycling Grant
Agreement' with Hennepin County, and authorize the Mayor and City Manager to sign the
agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on May 8, 2001.
