RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
9TH AVENUE/NIAGARA LANE
PARKERS LAKE SOUTH WATERSHED DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 1004
WHEREAS, the City has received a Preliminary Engineering Report for Parkers Lake
South drainage improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Engineering Report was prepared by Short Elliott
Hendrickson, Inc. and presented to the City Council at their May 8, 2001 Council
meeting; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. is designated as the engineer to prepare
plans and specifications for the Parkers Lake South drainage improvements
in accordance with the Preliminary Engineering Report.
Adopted by the City Council on May 8, 2001.
