RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD PARKING BAYS AND OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 1002
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Plymouth Boulevard between 34th
Avenue and County Road 9 by installing on -street parking between 34th Avenue and
37th Avenue and street reconstruction between 36th Avenue and County Road 9 filed
with the Council on April 24, 2001, is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformity to Minn. Stat. 429.035.
Adopted by the City Council on April 24, 2001.
