RESOLUTION NO. 20001-165
APPROVING AWARD OF BIDS FOR GREENWOOD ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION OF YOUTH SPORTS FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the City has received sealed bids for the constriction of Greenwood Elementary School; and
WHEREAS, twelve bids were received; and
WHEREAS, the apparent low bidder is Ingram Excavating in the amount of $472,403.60,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Ingram Excavating is awarded the contract for improvements at
Greenwood Elementary School in the amount of $472,403.60.
Adopted by the City Council on April 24, 2001.
