RESOLUTION NO. 2001-164
APPROVAL OF CONCRETE WORK FOR 2001 AND 2002
WIffiREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for miscellaneous concrete work;
and
WIffiREAS, in accordance with the State Statue bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on April 9th for miscellaneous concrete work; and
WIffiREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Landmark Concrete is declared the lowest
responsible bidder for various concrete work throughout our Park System for the years 2001 and
2002 and accepts the estimated amount of $50,000 each year for the various projects.
FURTHER, that fiinding comes from fiind 401, the Park Improvement Fund and the Park
Maintenance Budget.
Adopted by the City Council on April 24, 2001.
