Hennepin County Waste Delivery Agreement
WHEREAS, The City operates its own trash removal program within our park system and;
WHEREAS, This trash is taken to Hennepin County for disposal and;
WHEREAS, The tipping fee will remain at $39.00 per ton from April lst, 2001 to March 31st, 2006 and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the Hennepin County
Waste Delivery Agreement for the disposal of trash collected at City Parks.
Adopted by the City Council on April 24, 2001.
