RESOLUTION 2001-160
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR DECK CONSTRUCTION AT 11220
52N" AVENUE NORTH.
WHEREAS, Stephen and Christine Koshiol have requested approval to execute an encroachment
agreement; and;
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as:
Lot 4, Block 2 Zachary Hills
WHEREAS, the City finds the encroachment agreement to be in the best interest of the
homeowners, subject to the conditions stated therein, and;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will allow constriction of a deck
of property located at 11220 52nd Avenue North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 24th day of April, 2001.
