RESOLUTION 2001-156
APPROVAL OF SWAN LAKE PLAYGROUND
WHEREAS, the City Council as authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for Swan Lake Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on April 2, 2001 for Swan Lake Playground; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Miracle Recreation of Minnesota, Inc.
$58,450
Earl F. Anderson, Inc.
$59,246
Flanagan Sales, Inc.
$57,754
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Flanagan Sales, Inc. is declared the lowest
responsible bidder for play equipment for Swan Lake Playground and accepts their bid in the
amount of $57,754 for Swan Lake Playground.
FURTHER, that fiinding is from Fund 401.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on April 10, 2001.
