RESOLUTION NO. 2001-155
DESIGNATING SHORT ELLIOTT HENDRICKSON, INC. (SEH) AS
CONSULTANT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AND
AUTHORIZE THE PREPARATION OF A
TRAFFIC STUDY, PRELIMINARY LAYOUT AND COST ESTIMATE
NATHAN LANE — COUNTY ROAD 9 TO 45TH AVENUE
CITY PROJECT NO. 1014
WHEREAS, the City wishes to determine the preliminary scope and cost of improvements for Nathan
Lane and to proceed with the preparation of a traffic study and a preliminary layout and cost estimate
for Nathan Lane from County Road 9 to 45th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal dated April 2, 2001, to provide professional engineering
services for the Nathan Lane improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is authorized to enter into a contract
to secure the services of Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH) for professional engineering services in
accordance with their proposal dated April 2, 2001 and authorize SEH to proceed with the Nathan
Lane from County Road 9 to 45th Avenue improvements, City Project No. 1014.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That fiinding in the amount of $38,200 is provided from funding as
designated in the C.I.P.
Adopted by the City Council on April 10, 2001.
